Morstroytechnology developed a solution for UK EvrazFinans CJSC for transporting forestry sector cargoes from nine loading stations on the Krasnoyarsk railway. The result: 100% routing has been introduced, reducing train car turnover by 5 days.

For RUSAL, we developed technological schemes for traffic routing (with three aluminum production plants) - 400 railcars of the yard have been made available, with a decrease in turnover from 3 days to 36 hours.

Over the years, work on optimizing technologies in railway loading stations has been conducted by Morstroytechnology for TNK-BP OJSC, including:

  • Optimization of the loading process at Ryazan’ refinery and the adjacent railway station;
  • Dismissal of investment measures proposed by Donetsk Railway for the Lysychansk OPR (Ukraine);
  • Study of the potential of railway infrastructure of the Korotchaevo-Voinovka section of the Sverdlovsk railway along with railway links to Urengoy destination stations (ports);
  • Assessment of possible transport restrictions for export of Rospan OJSC products.

The overall effect of all the activities carried out by the customer according to these recommendations is approximately 1 billion rubles.
